This post is only 3 months late.  I was working, and finally have taken some time off and am thinking of their fun visit.

January 19, 2013.  Rowan and Dilly both ran a great race.  They were excited, enthusiastic and didn't stop once till the end.  It was really fun to see them enjoy it so much and get their metals at the end.  These races were at Tempe Town Lake and there were a lot of kids running in each grade level.  Rowan ran a mile and Dilly ran a half mile.  The next day Kirs and Rob did a half marathon relay race, each running half.  I didn't get to see Rob finish, but Kirsten's finish was awesome.  She did so well on the first half of their race.  It was crazy trying to get through the streets of Phoenix to see Kirs finish and Rob start.  Streets were closed and there were people and bands everywhere.  We made it and it was fun to get to see Kirsten finish
